Return & Replacement Policy

At DHEEBHAV Fashions, every product is carefully checked before dispatch.

As fashion jewellery is a personal-use product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

Replacement is available only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• You received a wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Mandatory Requirements

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• An unboxing/opening video is mandatory.
• The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened without any cuts or edits.
• Claims without a complete unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or reported without an opening video are not eligible for replacement.

Our team will verify the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
